· Employment Related Information, such as name, job title, education, other professional or employment-related information, social media accounts, and contact details will be collected if you apply for a job or mentorship and voluntarily provide information on the Form. If you want to apply for a mentorship, you can submit your information by filling out the Form. We will use this information to evaluate you as a candidate for the position for which you applied and to contact you about the position.
· Inferences drawn from any of these Personal Information categories to create for your reflecting your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predisposing, behaviors, attitudes, intelligence, abilities and/or aptitude to help the Company to perform the services.

· Shopify. Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your personal information is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application, which means their use of your information is governed by their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
· Google Forms. Our Form is powered by Google Forms, which means Google's use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
· To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by the Company about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
· To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
· For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
· With your consent.
We may also disclose your Personal Information:

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your Personal Informationfor their own purposes. We only permit them to process your Personal Information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: customercare@greglauren.com However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
